The cornerstone of our work in organizational development is what we call The Cultural
Check-Up. Every organization has a culture, in fact, one could argue that the culture is
the organization. And while all cultures are different, the one thing every successful
organization has in common is a healthy one.
Our Cultural Check-Up is designed to assess the health of an organization’s culture. We accomplish this in the most direct way possible—we personally interview the people who make up, and live within the culture—the employees. Usually a cross-section of people from top management to the loading dock. What we learn in these in-depth discussions is often surprising, sometimes expected, but always valuable. The candor exhibited by the interviewees illuminates the issues that are central to the organization’s success.
Our written report includes full verbatims of all interviews, our comments on each
interview, and a full recommendation for next steps. What we do is actionable, not
theoretical, and is designed to produce results immediately. |
